1 General Terms & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the h bajje platform (hbajje.bio) and its services. Creating an account, logging in, or using any feature of the platform means you have read and agreed to these terms.

H bajje is an internationally licensed online betting platform offering Sports Betting, live betting, and casino games. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between h bajje and its users.

Our services are intended for personal and recreational use only. Using the h bajje platform for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one h bajje account may be opened per person, household, or device. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any bonuses or winnings may be forfeited.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit

Deposits on h bajje can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposited funds may only be used for betting or gaming purposes.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits made through a third party may result in funds being held.
• H bajje does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

3.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500 and the maximum is ৳5,00,000 per day. Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Large withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in cases of suspicious activity.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.

4 Betting Rules

Every bet placed on h bajje is a binding agreement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, h bajje reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

4.1 Odds & Results

• All odds are displayed in decimal format.
• Results are determined based on official sources.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Bets placed during live betting may not be accepted if there is a delay.

4.2 Maximum Bet Limit

H bajje reserves the right to set maximum bet limits across various markets and events. Higher limits may apply for VIP members.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonus offers on h bajje are subject to specific terms. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the associated terms.

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries specific wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x). Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until these requirements have been fulfilled.
• Validity: Bonuses not used within 7–30 days of being issued will generally be forfeited.
• No Bonus on Bonus: A bonus cannot be claimed using an existing bonus balance.
• Abuse Prohibited: If multiple accounts are created or coordinated betting is used to claim bonuses, those bonuses will be forfeited.
• Specific Games: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games or markets.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on h bajje. Engaging in any of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Participation in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Running multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to h bajje's systems.
• Using another user's account credentials.
• Arbitrage betting or coordinated betting schemes.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

H bajje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing incorrect information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

Users may also request account closure at any time. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance, unless the closure is due to fraud or a breach of the rules.

10 Right to Modify Rules
